Taylor is often being described as “the man behind all the successful property acquisitions.” One of Taylor’s passions/responsibilities is to ensure our clients make an informed decision on lending structure and property acquisition, whilst avoiding overpaying during the property purchase and implementing incorrect lending strategy.
